Your repair request submitted below does not have to pertain to your condo. Here are examples of "non condo" requests for repair:
*A tree root has lifted the concrete in a path, making walking on that path dangerous *You observe a leak in your parking lot, indicating there may be issues with the HOA's water lines *You observe a light on a path is no longer working *You believe the sprinklers in your area are not functioning and plants/grass are dying
